Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Proof of postage (where applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping address

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be acknowledged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


Return Conditions

Buyers may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs

  • Original postage costs are non-refundable

  • Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if items are not returned in original condition

  • No refunds on fabrics

  • Other items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

  • Refund requests must be made via email with valid proof of postage

  • Refunds issued without prior contact will not be acknowledged


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fabrics

  • Jewellery

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To receive an exchange quickly:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase
